Our mission does not stop at curating the museum. We work hard to research, document, and restore as much department history as is possible. This includes the collection and digitization of historical photographs. Featured throughout this website are a small sample of the photos highlighting VSP’s past. On this page, you can find all of those and more, writing a unique visual story of nearly 90 years of policing in Virginia. Check back often, as this page is frequently updated as new photographs are found and scanned.
